CFO Awards judging process underway

The judging process for the CFO Awards 2017 is now underway after Peregrine CFO Robert Katz was asked a range of questions relating to strategic execution, transformation, high-performance teams and compliance.

The interview was conducted by SizweNtsalubaGobodo CEO Victor Sekese, who has served as a judge since the Awards' inception four years ago, and CFO SA editor-in-chief Joel Roerig at Peregrine's pristine offices in Sandton on 24 January 2017. Having been nominated for an award in 2016, Robert was familiar with the process.

The annual 'Oscars for South African CFOs', to be held on 11 May, recognises CFOs of listed companies, large corporations, state-owned entities and government institutions and awards them for outstanding performance and leadership.

"It is a privilege to be nominated for a CFO Award and for my work to be recognised in this way. Last year's event was a fantastic experience and a fun evening for all who attended," said Robert.
