What is your view of transformation in the financial services space?
"As a truly 'transformed' business, Nexia SAB&T is acutely aware of the challenges that are faced in attaining transformation.
"Black Chartered Accountants barely represent 25% of the total number of local chartered accountants (there are approximately 40 000 registered chartered accountants in South Africa). Without concerted efforts by all stakeholders to make the field sexy to learners in high schools across all demographics and ensure quality education is provided to these, this is a statistic that will not change for the foreseeable future.
