AECOM Africa: Joe Ndala
Joe Ndala has been CFO of AECOM Africa since April 2014.
Joe Ndala started work in 1992 at Kentz, an engineering firm as a project administrator, and trained to become a project accountant. In 2006 he became a business partner for the project management firm AR Process Projects. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant from UK and has a Masters of Accounting and Finance Management from Bristol University. He was appointed CFO of AECOM in April 2014.
He sees himself as an individual with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, and as very agile in identifying the root cause of any problem and developing effective solutions.
He is a husband and father of two children. He loves watching soccer and socialising with family, friends and colleagues as well as chatting with his children while driving to school, and exercising.
