South African Civil Aviation Authority: Asruf Ali Ahmed Seedat

Asruf Seedat has been the chief financial officer of the South African Civil Aviation Authority since January 2012.

Asruf Seedat is an experienced chief financial officer with a demonstrated history of working in the aviation and transport industry. He is a strong finance professional with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in B.Com and B.Acc from the University of Witwatersrand. 

Asruf joined the South African Civil Aviation Authority in 2012 as the chief financial officer. Prior to that, he was the acting chief financial officer of the Road Accident Fund. Until 2009 he was the chief financial officer and financial director of Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market and the Super Group Ltd Fleet of Africa respectively. Before that he was the general manager of finance at autonet.
