Distell: Lucas Verwey

Lucas Verwey has been Group Finance Director since September 2015. He also serves as a Director of Office of the Group MD at Distell Limited. He has been Executive Director of Distell since January 2016.

Lucas Verwey joined Distell in 2014. He was appointed to his current position in September 2015. He is responsible for financial planning and control, information technology and statutory reporting. He has expertise in financial markets and investments, general business, mergers and acquisitions, risk management and governance.  Before joining Distell he was an Investment Executive at Remgro for five Years. He has a B.Compt Honours and he is a CA(SA) and a CFA.
