Kelebogile Ntlha has been Group Financial Director of Famous Brands since July 2016.
Kelebogile Ntlha, also known as Lebo, has been Group Financial Director of Famous Brands Ltd since 1 July 2016 and served as its Company Secretary from 1 August 2014 until 31 August 2016. She also served as Group Financial Executive until 1 July 2016. Lebo completed her articles with PwC in 2007, after which she gained a lot of experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as part of her roles as Group Technical Accounting Advisor at Eskom and Group Reporting Manager at African Oxygen Limited. She was responsible for various functions within finance, including ensuring compliance with the JSE Listing requirements. She has been a Director at Famous Brands Ltd since 15 August 2016. Lebo has made a considerable contribution in the area of Integrated Reporting in her previous role as a result of insights gained from her research report on integrated reporting. She is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and holds an MBA degree from Wits University.
