Dumisani Dlamini | Chief Financial Officer | Nac

Dumisani Dlamini - current CFO of the National Arts Council of South Africa - is a qualified accountant and gained his Masters of Commerce, Financial Management and Leadership from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

Before joining NAC, Dlamini has gained experience in the financial service sector by working for Ithala Development Finance Corporation, Engen Petroleum and SARS. Governance, Supply Chain Management, Audit and Asset Management are his fields of expertise. In September 2014, Dumisani Dlamini was appointed as the CFO of NAC. For his work here, he has been nominated for the CFO Awards 2016.

Activities:
In April 1997, the National Arts Council of South Africa was established as a result of an act of parlaiment (Act no. 59). The National Arts Council, a national agency controlled by the Department of Arts and Culture, aims to promote the free expression of South African cultures trough art.
