Thobeka Ntshiza has been the financial director of Barloworld Logistics since February 2018.

Interview: Barloworld Logistics FD Thobeka Ntshiza

Thobeka Ntshiza is a professional accountant and passionate about talent development, coaching and mentoring. She has gained a lot of experience in FMCG and Manufacturing environments and was a Top 35 under 35 CAs in South Africa finalist in 2015. 

Along with her role as FD at Barloworld Logistics, Thobeka serves as a council member of Children of the Dawn, a foundation which takes cares of orphans in South Africa, and on the audit committee of the Robben Island Museum

Prior to joining Barloworld Logistics, she served in various financial roles at AVEnG Manufacturing, Coca-Cola South Africa and Sasol Technology. She completed her articles with Sasol Chemical Industries

She has a higher national diploma in organisational leadership and a certificate in management development from Towerstone and the University of Pretoria respectively. She also has her B.Com Honours from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
