Richard Keers has been the Chief Financial Officer of Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust Plc since May 2013.

Richard Keers is a qualified Chartered Accountant and was a Senior Audit Partner of PwC until 2013. He became a partner of PwC in 1997 and has 25 years’ experience in the audits of global financial services groups. His experience includes time spent in PwC’s New York, Sydney, Edinburgh and London offices. He is also a Non-Executive member of Lloyd’s Franchise Board and Chairman of its Audit Committee. He was appointed CFO of Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust Plc in May 2013. He has B.Sc from Kings College London.
