The Shoprite Group: Anton de Bruyn
Anton de Bruyn has been the Chief Financial Officer of The Shoprite Group since 2 July 2018.
Anton de Bruyn is a qualified CA (SA) and has been with the Shoprite Group for 18 years. He was most recently the group’s Deputy General Manager of Group Finance. Anton served his articles at PwC and then worked briefly at Harwill Investments and Henderson Investors before joining Shoprite. He completed his academic studies at Stellenbosch University and UNISA respectively and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree.
