Transaction Capital: Ronen Goldstein

Ronen Goldstein has been Executive Financial Director of Transaction Capital since August 2016. He has served as its company secretary since December 2014.

Ronen Goldstein has been Financial Director of Transaction Capital Limited since 1 August 2016 and served as its Company Secretary since 1 December 2014. Ronen served his articles at PwC in Johannesburg. His prior experience includes working in the Corporate Tax department at KPMG and in private equity at Standard Bank. He joined Transaction Capital in 2012 as the Transaction Capital Group’s Tax Specialist, managing the full spectrum of the Transaction Capital Group’s tax affairs. He also serves as Executive Director of Transaction Capital Limited. He is a CA(SA) and he has a B.Com Honours from the University of the Witwatersrand.
