Transnet: Garry Pita

Garry Pita has been the Chief Financial Officer of Transnet since 1 February 2016 until May 2018.

Garry Pita joined Transnet in 2006. His areas of expertise include Finance, Business, Procurement, Logistics and Supplier Development. He holds B.Com and B.Acc Honours degrees from the University of Witwatersrand and attended GIBS Global Executive Development Programme. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant. He was appointed CFO of Transent in February 2016 and resigned in May 2018.
