Juliette Da Silva has been appointed as CFO for Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) South Africa.
She joined FCTG as financial controller in 2023, and took over as head of finance in March 2025, replacing Averen Deonanan who joined Smollan as CFO.
Juliette is a CA (SA) with 12 years post-audit experience in the FMCG/retail sector and 18 months in the travel industry.
Her previous roles include various positions at Pick n Pay. She joined the retailer in 2012 and worked in various areas of the business, across the corporate and franchise space. Prior to joining Pick n Pay she was an audit manager at KPMG.
Her areas of passion include developing company culture, wellness, and the importance of building successful, motivated, and integrated teams and systems.
Juliette has a BCom accounting and finance, as well as a post-graduate diploma in finance from Rhodes University.
