Neerusha has been promoted from the director of financial services to the CFO of Silica.
Neerusha Padayachee has been promoted to CFO of financial services company Silica.
She has been with the company for over 11 years, joining in 2010 as a financial manager. In 2013 she was promoted to the director of financial services before now being promoted to CFO.
Prior to joining Silica, Neerusha served in various roles at PwC. She joined PwC in 2004 as a trainee accountant and was seconded to New York as an audit senior in 2006 before becoming a manager in 2007.
She has a B.Com accounting degree from the University of Johannesburg.
