Netcare lists on A2X Markets

Netcare is among the likes of Tiger Brands and EOH, who have chosen a secondary listing on A2X Markets.

Netcare has announced that its ordinary shares will be traded on A2X Markets with effect from 15 December.

The health care company will retain its primary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) and its issued share capital will be unaffected by the secondary listing.

Interest in the secondary listing market has increased significantly in the last year, with Tiger Brands, Pan African Resources and EOH among the recent companies to list.
