Following Gareth Griffiths' retirement as Nampak CFO – a post he held from September 2009 until end June 2015 – Glenn Fullerton will be taking over as head of the company's finance team, effective 1 September.

Fullerton, who holds a B.Compt, B.Compt (Hons), CTA and CA (SA) qualifications, is no stranger to the packaging industry, having been the divisional FD of two large divisions of Kohler, a former JSE-listed company.
Prior to his appointment as Nampak CFO, Fullerton was CEO of MB Technologies Group, a company he joined in 2000 as Group FD. He held this position until July 2009, when he was promoted to Group CEO. He retired in late 2013, however, following serious injuries sustained in a cycling accident, and the need for a long recovery period.
Nampak operates across multiple industries and throughout Africa, producing packaging material in metal, glass, paper and plastic.
