Thabo’s appointment as FD will see him relinquish his role as an independent non-executive director.
Pembury Lifestyle Group has announced the appointment of Thabo Tshepuwane as its new FD with effect from 1 December. Thabo will be stepping down from his role of independent non-executive director and chairperson of the audit and risk committee.
The appointment comes after Devon Walker, who was set to take up the FD role, notified the company that he is no longer available to fill the position.
The holding company has been looking to fill the role of FD since the resignation of Jaco Labuschagne in October.
