Resgen appoints Brian Harvey as its new CFO

Experienced senior finance executive Brian Harvey's appointment will come into effect from 1 June.

JSE-listed coal producer Resource Generation (Resgen) has announced the appointment of Brian Harvey as its new CFO with effect from 1 June 2020.

Having initially qualified and worked as a mechanical engineer, Harvey undertook a conversion course to obtain a B.Com honours degree and qualified as a CA(SA) in 2004. He now has over 15 years’ experience in senior finance roles, especially in the resources sector. Prior to his new role, he worked at Weir Minerals Africa and Middle East, Royal Bafokeng Holdings and Anglo American.
