Register for the Get Smart summit to discover the hows and whys of insights like these.

More than 100 executives have already registered for the first CFO and CHRO summit of the year, expressing their commitment to answering the fundamental business question of 2019: “How do we stay relevant and adapt to change, new information and knowledge. How do we Get Smart?”

Rob Katz, CEO of Peregrine Holdings and one of the guest speakers at the Get Smart event, feels very strongly about the topic. When asked why he thinks executives should be nowhere else on 21 February, he said:

"You need to be at this summit if you're looking to broaden your horizons and learn new ways of doing things. Come and learn from other industries, and share experiences with your peers."

Rob feels very strongly about collaborative teams and said: "In this day and age, if you are not working in a team... you are dead."

He will be expanding on some of the following areas:

  • Creating win-win solutions through collaborative team work
  • Thinking BIG picture and doing things unconventionally to remain relevant

He will also tell personal stories of major wins and some losses so others can learn from his experience.

He’ll be joined by the OMG CEO Mqondisi Gumede, who will be presenting the keynote address, “Thinking BIG can take you places”, and by Transunion CEO Lee Naik, EOH Group FD Megan Pydigadu, and Jon Foster-Pedley, the dean of Henley Business School.

John Deane, CFO South Africa community manager, says:

“We are offering a stellar line-up and unparalleled learning and networking opportunities at the Get Smart summit. Register now to avoid missing out on the opportunity to adapt to change and stay relevant from the people who are doing it themselves. We’re looking forward to seeing you there!”
