Zack has served as South Ocean Holdings since 2018 and his resignation comes into effect from 28 February.
South Ocean Holdings has announced the resignation of Morris Zack as its CFO with effect from 28 February.
Zack completed his articles in 1998 and then joined the finance department of multinational IT company, EDS South Africa. He went on to gain experience in various industries, in which he held a number of senior financial management positions.
Zack has been with South Ocean Holdings since August 2018 when he joined as its CFO. Before this he served as the chief accounting officer for Iveco South Africa. He has also served as a financial manager for Cobra Isca, Grohe Dawn Watertech Holdings, SQM Vitas Southern Africa, Miele and EDS South Africa.
Zach has a B.Comm degree from the University of Witwatesrand.
In a statement, South Ocean Holdings said that the process of looking for and appointing a new CFO is underway.
