Tradehold appoints FD Karen Nordier as debt officer

Karen Nordier has been appointed as Tradehold’s new debt officer following new JSE listing requirements.

Investment holding company Tradehold has announced the appointment of its FD Karen Nordier to serve as the issuers debt officer.

The appointment follows the Johannesburg Stock Exchange passing a new listing requirement that companies listed on the exchange should have a debt officer.

After completing her articles, Karen joined EY’s London Office, where she gained international audit experience on investment property and industrial listed companies. In 1997 she joined the Mettle group, where she performed numerous and varied roles including financial management, group risk management and compliance, transaction implementation and management, internal audit, implementation and documentation of processes and controls, business reorganisation and restructuring, turnaround management, operations management and HR management. She was appointed FD of Tradehold in May 2014.

She is a CA(SA) and she has a B.Compt honours degree.
