WATCH: Indox's Gur Geva at Finance Indaba 2017
With KYC and FICA processes an ongoing frustration for clients and service providers alike, companies like Indox can prove a godsend in alleviating the hassle of mounds of compliance paperwork. The company, a partner of the Finance Indaba, was on hand to deliver a presentation on document collection at the Sandton Convention Centre in October last year.
Digital document collection bureau Indox provides services to banks, financial institutions, credit providers, insurers, and retailers for KYC and FICA documentation, Proof of Income documentation and insurance activation packs, increasing collection conversion rates and decreasing the turnaround time and associated costs. Its proprietary software stack, which is supported and developed by more than 2 380 employees, stores billions of documents for over 16 000 clients globally. The firm has build a strong network of partners in legal adviser ENSAfrica and assurance adviser PwC.
“We will capitalise on our position of South Africa’s leading Document Bureau and grow into the European territories where the Holding Companies of our local clients are. Further we want to expand into those territories on similar time zone and languages to those we currently support. This should yield the 10X growth on revenue and EBITDA we budget for the next three years,” says CEO Gur Geva.
