Webinar to reveal how Workday enabled Aon to go virtual overnight

Two Aon-Workday experts will share their learnings from their global solutions implementation.

Due to the impact of Covid-19, many finance teams in South Africa and across the world have been working from home, and some will do so for the foreseeable future. The most agile and successful teams have been able to stay productive, compliant and innovative, even with finance team members scattered across town.

On 23 November, CFO South Africa will be hosting a webinar, in partnership with Workday, highlighting the massive opportunities for South African finance teams to do things better and smarter. Back by popular demand, this webinar presents a much-anticipated rerun of the powerful Finance Indaba Network session.

During this webinar, two global experts from financial services firm Aon, Peter Riccio and Jeremy Dogadalski, will share their lessons from this period: how Workday enabled them to move from offices to homes overnight, how financial closes and audits are being handled entirely virtually and how further automation has been rolled out across more than 60 countries.

Workday country MD Zuko Mdwaba says:

“The power of Workday is that the configuration decisions taken back in 2005 meant that we look at configurability over anything else. All our customers globally are on the same version and with innovation at the core of everything we are doing, there are two releases a year, and no customer is left behind as things evolve.”
