Following the resignation of CFO Michael Sucher, Wiehann Joubert has been appointed as acting CFO.
DRA Global has appointed Wiehann Joubert as its acting CFO, following Michael Sucher stepping down to pursue other opportunities.
Wiehann is the general manager of management reporting and business partnering. He has been with the engineering company for over five years and has closely with Michael during that time.
Michael will support an “effective and orderly transition” with Wiehann for the next six weeks. Michael served as acting CFO from May 2022, and was permanently appointed in September of that year.
CEO James Smith explained that Michael stepped into the CFO role at a particularly challenging period for DRA Global. “We have valued his financial and strategic leadership through a period where the company has significantly improved its financial position.”
Michael joined DRA Global in January 2022 as a general manager of corporate finance.
