post-title

Pieter van Buuren has resigned as York Timber CFO, with Gerald Stoltz filling the position in an acting capacity

Van Buuren’s resignation is effective 30 November 2017. He cited a desire to be permanently based in Gauteng (York Timbers is based in Mpumalanga) as his reasons for making the move.

In the interim, and until the company completes its recruitment process for a permanent replacement with suitable experience, Gerald Stoltz, York Timber’s Corporate Financial Manager, has been appointed as acting CFO, effective 1 December 2017. Stoltz is a qualified CA and has served the company for four years.
