Investec Property Fund's Jenna Sprenger steps down as CFO

Jenna will continue at Investec Property Fund as head of treasury and balance sheet management.

Investec Property Fund has announced that Jenna Sprenger has stepped down as CFO for personal reasons, enabling her to spend more time with her young family. She will be taking on the role of heading up treasury and balance sheet management. 

She will remain in the role until an appropriate replacement has been appointed. 

Jenna joined the fund in August 2014 and subsequently formed part of its executive management team. 

“I joined the fund in August 2014 and subsequently formed part of the fund’s executive management team. I played an integral role in the growth of the business to an asset base of over R20 billion. I have been responsible for multi-facets of the business. I worked closely with the executive, the board and management on all aspects of financial reporting, set-up of the treasury function, and the conservative balance sheet and risk management function.” 

She was appointed as the CFO in December 2018.

Prior to this, Jenna was a financial manager at Annuity Properties. She also served as a manager, senior associate and audit clerk at KPMG

In a statement, the fund’s board thanked Jenna for her “unwavering work ethic, dedication and invaluable contribution to date”.
