Former Clover Industries CFO Elton Bosch will be taking over as Oceana Group CFO.
Oceana Group announced the appointment of former Clover Industries CFO Elton Bosch as its new CFO and executive director with effect from 17 June.
Elton will be taking over from Trevor Giles, who had been acting in the role of interim CFO after previous CFO and 2015 Transformation & Empowerment Award winner Imraan Soomra was appointed as CEO in August 2018.

In a statement released on Wednesday the Oceana board wished Elton well in his new role. They also acknowledged and thanked Trevor for his commitment and important contribution to the company.
Elton is a qualified chartered accountant (SA) and is a seasoned business executive with a wealth of experience across Africa, as well as exposure to the European and Asian markets.
He has held a number of executive positions, including that of a CFO and executive for business development, risk, Africa, HR and IT at Clover Industries before resigning in 2017. He was also an audit and advisory partner at Deloitte and director and shareholder of Gobodo Inc.
Elton was nominated for the 2017 CFO Awards.
