Oceana Group's Elton Bosch resigns to pursue other business interests

Elton joined Oceana from serving at Clover Industries, where he was nominated for the 2017 CFO Awards.

Oceana Group has announced the resignation of Elton Bosch as the group’s CFO and executive director as of 31 January 2020.

According to a statement, Elton has retired to “pursue other business interests”. 

Prior to joining Oceana Group, Elton was the CFO of Vukile Property Fund. He has also held various executive positions at Clover Industries, including CFO and executive for business development, risk, africa, HR and IT.

His previous positions held also include regional leader in the risk advisory division, as well as audit and advisory partner at Deloitte. Elton was also a director and shareholder of Gobodo Inc

Elton graduated with his B.Com degree from the University of the North West and obtained his honours in accounting from UNISA. He qualified as a CA(SA) in 2003. He has also completed a leadership development programme from IMD in Switzerland. 

In 2017, Elton was nominated for the CFO Awards for the work he did at Clover Indsutries.

The company said that it will commence with the process of identifying a suitable replacement for Elton.
