Peregrine's Robert Katz nominated for CFO Awards

Peregrine CFO Robert Katz has being nominated for a CFO Award in 2017, after being put forward for an award in 2016 as well. The annual 'Oscars for South African CFOs', to be held on 11 May, recognises CFOs of listed companies, large corporations, state-owned entities and government institutions and awards them for outstanding performance and leadership.

An MCom graduate of RAU and a chartered accountant, Rob has a long career at Standard Bank culminating in a role of retail banking FD, before taking up the reins at Peregrine in 2010.

With more than 700 employees across the globe, financial services group Peregrine provides investment management solutions in wealth and alternative assets and manages related transactions through its six divisions: Wealth Management, Asset Management, Broking and Structuring, Stenham and Advisory. It boasted assets under management of approximately $7,89 billion (as at March 2016) and its shares are listed on the JSE.
