Pierre van Eeden resigns as Sebata FD

Sebata Holdings group FD Pierre van Eeden has resigned from the role, and CEO Greg Morris will assume the responsibility, in addition to his current role.

Sebata Holdings has announced the resignation of its group FD, Pierre van Eeden, with immediate effect.

Pierre was appointed group FD in November 2018. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 2014 after completing his articles with Ernst & Young. Shortly after articles, he joined former group company NOSA, where he held the position of financial manager until March 2016. From March 2016 to October 2018, he served as the CFO for the information technology division, a position he held until his appointment to the Board.

Greg Morris, the group’s CEO, will assume the responsibility of the FD in addition to his current role until a replacement for Pierre has been appointed.
