Salome has been with the Nashua Group for seven years, serving in various finance positions.
Nashua has appointed Salome Barker as its CFO as of November 2019.
Salome has been with the company since March 2012 when she was appointed as divisional financial director of Nashua ECN. In October 2012, she was appointed as Nashua Communications financial manager. In January 2013, she was promoted to finance executive for the networks. In October 2013, she was appointed as chief commercial and financial officer of Nashua Communications. She rejoined Nashua ECN in October 2014 as chief financial officer before her most recent appointment.
Prior to her appointment at Nashua ECN, Salome was an audit trainee and manager at Deloitte. Her career started in January 2007 when she was a tax academic article clerk at the University of Johannesburg.
Of her career so far, Salome said that she has been able to gain very broad experience and is learning more and more every single day.
She said:
