7 new Finance Bills for SA

President Jacob Zuma last week signed seven new Finance Bills into law, including Amendment Acts to taxation and tax administration laws, and unemployment insurance.

The Bills have been passed by both the National Assembly and National Council of Provinces over the past year, and were sent to the President for ratification.

The seven new pieces of legislation include:
• The Taxation Laws Amendment Act
• The Finance Act
• The Rates and Monetary Amounts and Amendment of Revenue Laws (Administration) Act
• The Rates and Monetary Amounts and Amendment of Revenue Laws Act
• The Tax Administration Laws Amendment Act
• The Adjustments Appropriation Act
• The Unemployment Insurance Amendment Act
