Mark Steyn has been appointed to Adock Ingram’s board of directors, starting 1 April 2023.
Bidvest Group CFO Mark Steyn has been appointed to the Adcock Ingram board as a non-executive director, starting from 1 April 2023.
Adcock Ingram has also announced the appointment of Busisiwe Mabuza as its new lead independent director from 25 May, as well as the resignation of non-executive director Kevin Wakeford from 31 March 2023.
Mark joined Bidvest in 1997. He has held various financial positions in the company including, CFO of Bidvest Freight and financial director of Bidfreight Terminals. He was appointed CFO of the Bidvest Group in March 2018. He serves on all the South African divisional boards, the divisional audit committees and as a trustee on the various group retirement funds. Prior to joining the Bidvest Group he worked for Deloitte.
He is a CA(SA) and has a B.Com degree from the University of Kwazulu-Natal.
