Altron has acquired iS Partners, along with Karabina Solutions and Zetta Business Solutions, in the deal.
JSE-listed Allied Electronics Corporation Limited (Altron) has concluded a deal with a R225 million price tage to buy iS Partners. The acquisition includes Karabina Solutions and Zetta Business Solutions, the former a Microsoft solutions business, the latter a provider of data advisory services.
Mteto Nyati, Altron Group CEO, said:
“This acquisition will enable us to create a Microsoft-focused business within Altron with a special focus on cloud computing and data analytics. The acquisition will add scale and a new suite of solutions and capabilities enabling customers to digitally transform their businesses through Microsoft technologies.”
The acquisition remains subject to approval from the Competition Commission.
