Altron CFO Cedric Miller steps down

Nicholas Bofilatos will be stepping in as acting CFO of Altron when Cedric steps down in June.

Altron’s Cedric Miller has tendered his resignation as CFO with effect from 30 June. Cedric took on the role of group CFO of Altron in May 2019 after a long and fruitful career with Standard Bank.

Cedric will continue to support the group until 31 July, during which time he will provide a comprehensive handover to Altron’s new acting CFO, Nicholas Bofilatos, who will step into the role from 1 July.

Nicholas has held various positions within the Altron Group from 2019, with his most recent positions being finance executive of change management and head of central finance. He has previously served as the CFO, FD and company secretary of Ctrack Holdings, as well as senior manager of assurance at EY.

He holds a BCom from the University of Pretoria, as well as a BCompt honours degree and certificate in theory of accountancy from UNISA.
