Andrew Holden excited about the opportunities that lie ahead as new Bytes CFO

Andrew has been appointed as the CFO of Bytes Technology Group, replacing Keith Richardson.

Bytes Technology Group has announced the appointment of Andrew Holden as its CFO following the retirement of Keith Richardson. The responsibilities that Andrew held in his previous position as COO will be absorbed into his CFO role.

About his appointment, Andrew said:

“I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for the group. I am also looking forward to working closely with Neil [Murphy, Bytes CEO] to maximise the growth potential of Bytes.”

Andrew has been serving as both COO and acting CFO since September 2021, when Keith Richardson first announced his plans to retire.

He joined Bytes as COO in June 2021 from Altron, Bytes’ former parent company. He has extensive experience in the ICT sector, having spent more than 27 years at Altron. Prior to joining Bytes, he served as the COO of Altron for five years, eight months of which he served as CFO simultaneously.
