As of end February, 2018 Berlin will no longer head up Impala Platinum's finance division

Berlin, Group CFO and executive director, will take her leave of the JSE-listed mining company effective 28 February, 2018, to pursue a corporate role with an as-yet-unnamed company.

Implats told shareholders:

“Berlin will continue to work on implementing various strategic initiatives and assist in ensuring a smooth transition for her successor.”

Berlin, who joined Implats in 2004, assumed the role of CFO in 2011. While no successor has yet been named, Implats says it has initiated the process to find a replacement.
