CFO SA meets Philip Panaino, division president South Africa at MasterCard

Philip Panaino would go as far as saying his move to MasterCard in August 2012 has "given meaning" to his life. On Wednesday CFO South Africa met with Panaino in his office on the Melrose Boulevard in Johannesburg. He spoke freely about his move to the credit card company, his work with South Africa's main banks and his "passion for a truly inclusive financial environment".

Panaino told Alex van Groningen, director and founder CFO South Africa, that he really believes in networking. "I believe you are doing good work, creating a platform for people to engage. It provides an enormous opportunity to plough back knowledge and experience into society."
