Lourens will step down from his role as Conduit Capital CFO and will be replaced by Bianca Yan.
Conduit Capital has announced the appointment of two new financial directors within the group. Bianca Yan has been appointed as the FD of Conduit Capital, and Lourens Louw has been appointed as the FD of the Constantia Insurance Group, Conduit Capital’s wholly-owned subsidiary.
Bianca has been serving as the head of finance at Conduit Capital for the past 10 years.
The company said in a statement that it is “fortunate to have someone with her credentials who is familiar with the business to take on the role”.
Bianca has taken over from Lourens, who will step down as the FD of Conduit Capital to pursue the new role at Constantia Insurance Group.
“The board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Lourens for his invaluable contribution to the company during his tenure. He will remain fully invested in the success of the group in his important new role,” the company said.
