Dawn Earp joins Pan African Resources board

The former Rand Refinery CFO has been appointed as an independent non-executive director.

JSE-listed gold producer Pan African Resources has announced the appointment of former Rand Refinery CFO Dawn Earp as an independent non-executive director and chairperson of its audit and risk committee.

Subject to the completion of certain regulatory due diligence, Dawn will be taking over from Hester Hickey.

Dawn is a qualified CA with extensive experience in the gold mining industry, having previously served at Rand Refinery, and as AngloGold Ashanti’s executive officer of finance. She also currently serves as a non-executive director on the boards of Truworths International, Impala Platinum and ArcelorMittal South Africa.
