Dineo Molefe appointed as MTN South Africa new CFO

Dineo Molefe takes over from Sugentharan Perumal, who served as MTN South Africa acting CFO.

MTN has announced the appointment of former T-Systems MD Dineo Molefe as the CFO of MTN South Africa with effect from 1 December. She will be taking over from Sugentharan Perumal, who served as MTN South Africa’s acting CFO until his recent appointment as MTN Group’s acting group CFO.

Dineo is a chartered accountant and joins from T-Systems (South Africa), where she is currently serving as CEO. 

About the appointment, now MTN group CEO Ralph Mupita said:

“We welcome Dineo to MTN South Africa, to which she brings a wealth of experience, having held a number of executive positions in the ICT, investment management and energy sectors.”
