Sudesh Moodley will step in as the new FD of Dipula following the resignation of Ridwaan Asmal.
Dipula Income Fund has announced the appointment of Sudesh Moodley as its new FD with effect from 1 March 2023. This follows the resignation of Ridwaan Asmal, who will continue in a consulting capacity until the handover and transition of the role is complete.
Sudesh is a qualified CA(SA), and most recently held the position of executive head of asset management at Eris Property Group, where he managed a R10 billion property portfolio. He also served as the company’s CFO from 2012 to 2017, and as the general manager of finance, risk and compliance from 2007 to 2012.
Prior to this, he served as a senior associate at BDO in Houston, Texas, on a temporary secondment. He briefly served as an audit supervisor at EY 2005 after completing his articles at PwC South Africa.
