Ditabe Chocho appointed as the new FD of Merafe Resources

Merafe Resources has announced the appointment Ditabe Chocho to fill the role of FD when Kajal Bissessor leaves in August.

Ditabe Chocho will take over the position of FD of Merafe Resources on 1 August, after which Kajal Bissessor will continue in an advisory capacity until 31 August, to make the handover process as seamless as possible.

Ditabe previously served as the chief financial officer of MultiChoice Africa and subsequently as chief financial officer and chief operational officer of DStv Online, a division of MultiChoice. He also filled the chief financial officer role of Fraser Alexander after DStv. Other companies he has worked for include Zico Capital, Aflease Gold and Uranium, and Transnet.
