Douglas Lafferty steps in as the new Vivo Energy CFO

Douglas, who has been serving as CFO designate, will step into the CFO role at Vivo Energy.

Vivo Energy has announced that its CFO designate Douglas Lafferty has now taken on the role of CFO with immediate effect.

Douglas takes over from Johan Depraetere, who will continue to serve until the end of his notice period.

Prior to joining the group, Douglas spent three years as CFO and executive director for Williams Grand Prix Holdings, leaving this position following the sale of its Formula One business and subsequent delisting from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 2020. Doug also held a range of senior positions during a 16-year international career with British American Tobacco, including group head of commercial finance and regional head of finance for the Americas. Douglas is based in London, is a member of CIMA and holds a BSc honours in management studies from Royal Holloway, University of London.
