Chris Booyens has reached his compulsory retirement age and will step down in January 2022.

Ellies Holdings CFO Chris Booyens will reach his compulsory retirement age according to the Ellies policy, and will retire from his role in January 2022.

Chris was appointed as Ellies’ CFO on 4 April 2019. He is an experienced CA and has held financial director roles at Distribution and Warehousing Network, Iliad Africa, and various Tiger Brands subsidiaries.

Ellies has started the search for Chris’s replacement and will announce the appointment of a new CFO in due course.
