What can CFOs and entrepreneurs learn from each other and how can we bridge the gap between the executives of today’s most prominent businesses and those who will shape the future of South Africa? Those are the central questions during a unique, once-off CFO South Africa event in the iconic Turbine Hall in Johannesburg on 19 November 2015.
Our CFO event is planned during the global entrepreneur week and will form part of the House of the Future, a week long initiative by the Dutch government to enhance, empower and connect the relevant trade and entrepreneurial links between the Netherlands and South Africa.
Our line-up of speakers and panellists for this event is nothing short of spectacular:
- Investor and popular international business speaker Vusi Thembekwayo
- IDF managers CEO Polo Leteka, with Vusi on the panel of Dragon's Den
- Platinum member Jo Pohl, who recently moved from Standard Chartered Bank to Telesure
- DTI CFO Shabeer Khan, who managed to steer his department to a clean audit while stimulating entrepreneurship in the country
- Standard Bank's Corporate Investment Banking deputy CFO Luvuyo Masinda
- Samantha Pokroy (pictured), founder and CEO of Sanari Capital
