Former NEF CFO Innocentia Pule appointed independent non-executive director at OneLogix

Innocentia will join OneLogix Group as an independent non-executive director as of 26 November.

On 4 October, logistics provider OneLogix Group announced the appointment of former National Empowerment Fund CFO Innocentia Pule as an independent non-executive director to the board of directors with effect from 26 November 2019. 

Innocentia is a qualified chartered accountant (SA) and completed her trainee articles with EY. She then worked at EY before joining Nedbank as Corporate Cluster executive and then as head of finance for Nedbank Corporate Banking

Innocentia joined the National Empowerment Fund (NEF) in September 2012 as its CFO, a role she held until end-July 2018. She currently serves as an independent director on the boards of various companies. 

For her work as the NEF CFO, Innocentia was nominated for the CFO Awards in 2017.
