South African born and educated William Etzine recently joined Trump Hotels to head up their finance department
Prior to taking on this new position two months ago, Etzine was CFO of Scout Hotel and Resort Management, a position he held since January 2011.
Until 2008, Etzine was senior vice president of Finance at Kerzner International, where he served in managerial roles for 27 years both in southern Africa and internationally. Among the roles was a post as CFO of the internationally acclaimed Sun City resort. Etzine's experience includes the implementation of hospitality systems and the operational and corporate financial management of hospitality, leisure, gaming and entertainment industries with operations in southern Africa, the US, the Bahamas, Mexico, the Maldives, Mauritius, and Dubai.
Etzine began his career in public accounting and auditing in South Africa, where he is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
