Mqondisi Gumede will discuss why "psychological innovation and insight is just as valuable as technical innovation."

Mqondisi Gumede, founder and CEO of the OMG, will be sharing key insights on collaborative thinking at the Get Smart Summit on 21 Feb 2019 at Summer Place in Hyde Park, Johannesburg.

He says:

“The challenge we face in business today is the lack of collaboration and under-utilisation of shared insights and experience. There is so much underlying potential in our teams which has been prohibited due to the unnecessary constructs business has created.”

He says that generally speaking, business has been too objective, and failed to use the glaringly obvious intangibles. “The next gold mine in business is by understanding human behavior and fostering a collaborative environment to boost productivity and performance ”
