After an 11-year tenure steering the company through significant change, Nampak CFO Glenn Fullerton will step down from his role.
Glenn Fullerton has announced his resignation as the chief financial officer of Nampak. He will officially step down from the role on 31 August.
During the remainder of his tenure, Glenn will continue to perform his duties to ensure a smooth transition while the company’s nominations and remunerations committee initiates a search for his successor.
Glenn joined Nampak 11 years ago and has been serving as its CFO and executive director, as well as a director of Nampak Holdings (UK) since 2 October 2015.
For his work as the group CFO, he was nominated for the CFO Awards in 2018 and 2019.
Prior to joining Nampak, Glenn served as the CEO of MB Technologies (now Tarsus Technology Group) from 2009 to 2013, having previously served as its CFO from 2000.
His earlier executive roles include serving as a divisional director at Kohler, a divisional financial director of Malbak Group, and working in group financial management at Hunt Leuchars and Hepburn.
He also gained corporate finance experience at Malbak, where he was involved in the unbundling of the R8.8 billion group.
Glenn is a qualified CA(SA) and holds a BCompt honours and CTA.
